  1. The column ‘Percentage choosing 4 or 5’ shows the proportion of participants who chose the value 4 or 5 on the Likert scale. For the multivariate analyses, we transformed the Likert scaled variables into dummies. The dummies equal 1 if a participant chose the value 4 or 5 on the Likert scale and 0 otherwise. We argue that, if a participant chose at least the value 4, he or she is satisfied with the job related factor
