The lower part of the matrix (below the diagonal), the label “” indicates that the null hypothesis that the long-run wage (output or TFP) elasticities of skilled workers are equal between each pair of cities cannot be rejected at 5% level of significance. The label “X” means that the hypothesis can be rejected. The label “–” is used when the long-run coefficients are not significantly different from zero
