  1. For the multivariate analyses, we transformed the Likert scaled variables into dummies. The dummies equal 1 if a participant chose the value 4 or 5 on the Likert scale and 0 otherwise. We argue that, if a participant chose at least the value 4, he or she is satisfied with the job related factor. Estimates show changes in log odds for the categories y=2 and y=3 with reference to y=1 (‘intention to stay with training firm and keep occupation’)
